What Is a Life Coach?

Life coaching is defined as “partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

1 on 1 coaching can be truly transformational. Not only having all the abilities as a physician, but also as a life coach, I am able to help create the most productive, empowering, and loving version of yourself. I have a wide array of interests and skills that fall into several general categories of coaching including:

• School & Studying Coaching (geared towards high school, undergrad, and post-grad students)

Each coaching session consists of a one-hour interaction either by phone, zoom, or in person (if in the northern Ohio region).

Accepted payment forms can be made with cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. I am currently accepting new clients, but space is LIMITED.

I am a physician as well as a Board Certified Coach (BCC). This BCC degree requires dozens of hours of classroom work as well as extensive training including a final examination, and solidifies my professional identity as a coach.
